The following are my notes and comments as well as some pictures from field trips and field observations. I try to take at least minimal notes every time I go into the field. Of particular interest to me are the interactions of animals and their environments, conditions, micro-habitats and the impact of man on the environment. I have intentially edited some site-specific information for areas that may be sensitive however most of the areas that I visit are easily accessible and probably well known to others that study in the field. I have a lot of notes to adapt to this format so please check back from time to time as I will be adding to these lists as I can. - updated 08-29-2010.
